On the phone Zümrüd is a voice. In an office, a branch or on a web page it can also be seen: a holographic face that moves its lips with the speech, and a screen that fills with the numbers it is talking about.
Some questions are better answered with something to look at. On a screen, kiosk or website Zümrüd appears as a talking 3D hologram whose lips follow the speech in all three languages, and falls back to a light 2D face where 3D can’t run. While it talks, tables, charts and key figures appear on screen and stay in sync with the conversation.
